Kent is a Class "A" PGA member with over 20 years of golf experience. Since 2011 Kent has been a Certified Teaching Professional, placing him in the 3% of all PGA members. Kent started his career in Southern California as an assistant golf professional and quickly worked his way up to the Head Professional of a 54 hole Vacation Resort. He then moved to Orlando Florida and spent 7 years as a lead instructor for the world renowned Faldo Golf Institute; where he refined his teaching and club fitting skills.  

His teaching philosophy is a simple one. Instruction that includes all of the basic fundamentals; grip, stance, ball position and alignment. And secondly, always keep in mind that no two people swing the club the same way, but if they incorporate good fundamentals it will make the game easier and more enjoyable at every level.  Kent has a patient demeanor and his goal is to help every student improve.  Kent prides himself on the fact that he continues to learn and strive at becoming a better instructor.
